1. Service and scope
Buildora Message Automation supports Buildora’s WhatsApp enquiry handling, message records and automated acknowledgements. These terms concern that messaging service. Separate project proposals or written agreements govern any architectural, design, construction or other professional services purchased from Buildora.
2. Automated responses
Some replies may be generated automatically from a fixed message. An acknowledgement does not confirm a booking, payment, project acceptance, quotation, completion date or response deadline. Obtain confirmation from a Buildora representative for any such arrangement.
3. Appropriate use
Provide information that is accurate and relevant to your enquiry. Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive or malicious content, spam, or personal information you are not entitled to share. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on WhatsApp/Meta, Cloudflare and Google. Messages and replies may be delayed, unavailable or interrupted. This channel is not an emergency service. Contact Buildora through its published contact channels if a message needs human follow-up.
Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp’s own applicable terms.
5. Privacy and communication preferences
Information handling is described in the Buildora Message Automation — Privacy Policy. To request correction or deletion of your information, or to ask Buildora to stop contacting you, email info@buildorabd.com. These requests are handled manually; sending a keyword does not automatically change your settings or erase records.
6. Changes and questions
Buildora may update the messaging service and these terms as its operation changes. The revision date will appear above. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
