These instructions apply to information held by Buildora through Buildora Message Automation and its WhatsApp enquiry service.
1. Submit a request
Email info@buildorabd.com with the subject:
WhatsApp Data Deletion Request — Buildora
Include:
- The WhatsApp number you used to contact Buildora, including its country code.
- Whether you want all associated messaging records deleted or only a particular conversation.
- Approximate conversation dates, if available, to help us locate the records.
Do not include your password, one-time verification codes or identity documents in the initial request.
2. Verification and processing
We may ask for proportionate confirmation that you control the number or are authorised to make the request. Once verified, we will locate and remove the relevant message logs and associated automated-reply and duplicate-processing records under Buildora’s control, unless some information must be retained for an applicable legal obligation or an unresolved dispute.
If any information must be retained, we will explain the reason and the scope of that retention. We will confirm the outcome using the contact channel agreed with you.
3. What this request does not delete
This process does not delete your WhatsApp account, copies of messages on your own device or another participant’s device, or information independently held by Meta/WhatsApp, Google or Cloudflare under their own policies.
Removing active records may not immediately remove provider-managed backups or version history. Those copies are subject to the relevant provider’s retention and deletion controls; we do not promise immediate permanent erasure from every backup.
4. Manual handling
Requests are reviewed and handled manually. There is no automatic deletion button in the current service. If you also want Buildora to stop contacting you, include that instruction in your request so it can be handled separately from deletion.
