Tasmia Jaman’s journey in architecture began from a deep passion for designing spaces that respond to people, climate, and context. She completed her Bachelor of Architecture and went on to gain 6 years of professional experience at leading architectural firms in Bangladesh, where she developed strong expertise in design development, detailing, and construction coordination.

She later founded Mud House, where she led a team of architects and engineers to deliver environmentally responsive and user-focused architectural solutions. Her work is grounded in climate-sensitive design, spatial comfort, and the psychological impact of built environments, specifically tailored to Bangladesh’s context.

With a vision to scale her practice beyond a studio-led setup, she co-founded Buildora, a structured architectural and development platform focused on delivering larger and more integrated residential projects.

At Buildora, she serves as Managing Director and Principal Architect, overseeing design direction and construction quality to ensure architectural integrity from concept to execution.

Notable works include Sheikh Residence (Khulna), Skyline Residence (Dhaka), Karim Villa (Gazipur), along with several residential and interior design projects across Bangladesh. Karim Residence was presented at the UIA Architects Congress, Copenhagen (2023).
